The majlis of Sheikh Zahran bin Zahir Al-Hinai (d.1971) in Al-Ghafat. The room was painted by Sheikh Zahran’s cousin, Sheikh Jabir, in the early 1960s, using enamel paints imported from Dubai and diluted with paraffin, and palm fronds with the end feathered by hitting with a stone as a paint brushes.
